The company started life in 2010 as I.T. DONE RIGHT LLC and operated a single retail computer repair location in Mesa, Arizona, catering to walk-in consumer customers.

The business quickly evolved into a small information technology Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering onsite sales, field support, and break-fix repair work to small and medium-sized businesses.

In April 2013, after two years in business and significant financial hardships, the owner shuttered the business, taking a job as the IT Manager of a competitor.

In May 2017, the owner restarted I.T. Done Right after exiting full-time employment, this time seeking other industry professionals with experience building and managing technology MSPs.

In August 2017, ITDR Business Solutions LLC acquired all assets of I.T. DONE RIGHT LLC starting a new chapter as a professionally managed business entity catering exclusively to business-to-business customers.

The former owner of IT Done Right was retained and given the role of Director of Operations in the new company.

In September 2017, the business consulting and digital marketing operations of Obsessive Engineering LLC, an Arizona-based business growth management firm, were folded into the new company.

This combination provided the leadership, sales & marketing expertise, and growth-minded focus required to create a new SaaS-enabled business services strategy targeting specific vertical markets like healthcare and other businesses.

In December 2019, the Managing Members of ITDR Business Solutions LLC, agreed to rebrand under the “BG3 Global” branding and signed a multi-year nonexclusive Licensing and Lease Agreement for branding assets associated with BG3 intellectual property.

In Q1 2020, work began to overhaul all marketing materials, websites, email domains, computer systems, and other assets with the branding transition expected to be completed by the end of Q2.

In Q2 of 2020, the COVID pandemic was in full swing. To not confuse customers at a time of global crisis, the company decided to wait until later in the year to officially roll out the new branding.

The name change with the State of Arizona and the Federal Government was completed and officially rolled out to all customers and vendors during Q1 and Q2 of 2021.

ITDR was officially BG3 Global LLC.

On May 11th, 2022, BG3 Global LLC accepted a Letter of Intent from Kyler Henning to purchase all information technology (I.T.) field service & support operations, including customer support agreements (SOWs) and monthly revenue streams.

The asset sale to Mr. Henning’s newly created Henning Inventions LLC closed on Thursday, July 21st, 2022. Revenue from technology service operations, and all obligations became those of the new company at closing.

Effective August 1st, 2022, BG3 Global LLC ceased operations.

The parties began a five-month orderly migration of vendor relationships and accounts to Mr. Henning which concluded on December 31, 2022.

BG3 Creative LLC
During this time, business consulting and digital marketing operations were assigned to BG3 Creative LLC to maintain continuity of service for our growth-minded customer base.

On July 27th, 2023, the State of Arizona certified BG3 Global LLC’s Articles of Termination, officially winding down the company.

The BG3 Global brand was officially returned to the Licensor.

To facilitate a more seamless customer transition, Mr. Henning personally licensed for a period of one year the “BG3 Technology” name, domain, and other branding assets to be used as a transitional name through 2022.

The Licensing and Lease Agreement for “BG3 Technology” branding expired on June 30th, 2023.

The BG3 Technology brand was officially returned to the Licensor.
